1. Membership:

1.1 Eligibility: To become a member of Signitise, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By applying for membership, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

1.2 Membership Fee: As a member, you are required to pay an annual membership fee based on the package you choose: Silver, Gold, or Platinum. The membership fee helps support our operations, including the curation of outdoor campaigns and the promotion of your artwork. Please note that the membership fee is non-refundable, except as provided in the cancellation policy outlined in Section 3.

1.3 Membership Duration: Your Signitise membership is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation. After 12 months, your membership will automatically renew, and the membership fee will be charged annually unless you choose to cancel your membership.

1. Outdoor Campaigns:

2.1 Campaign Selection: Signitise curates outdoor campaigns in prime locations around the world, including but not limited to iconic city centers, global airports, and prominent public spaces. While we strive to provide opportunities to all members, the selection of artists for each campaign is subject to our evaluation and selection process based on artistic quality and suitability for the specific campaign. Our aim is to showcase the diverse talents of our members and create a captivating experience for viewers.

2.2 Artwork Submission: As a member, you have the opportunity to submit your artwork for consideration in our outdoor campaigns. We encourage you to submit original artwork that you have created. By submitting your artwork, you grant Signitise a non-exclusive right to use and display your artwork solely in connection with the chosen campaign. This allows us to advertise and promote the campaign on the digital screens where your artwork will be featured. Rest assured that you will retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to your artwork.

2.3 Display Locations: We endeavor to showcase your artwork in prime locations to maximize exposure and impact. However, it is important to note that the specific display locations may vary based on availability and campaign agreements with property owners or advertisers. We strive to select locations that offer high footfall and visibility to ensure your artwork receives the attention it deserves.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

3.1 Membership Cancellation: If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your Signitise membership, you may do so at any time. To cancel, please log in to your PayPal account and manage your subscription under "Subscriptions." Please note that once the cancellation is processed, your membership benefits, including participation in ongoing campaigns, will cease.

3.2 Refund Policy: We want you to be fully satisfied with your membership experience. If you are not satisfied and choose to cancel your membership within 30 days of activation, we will provide a full refund of your membership fee. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the initial 30-day period.

1. Intellectual Property:

4.1 Ownership: As an artist, you retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to your artwork. By participating in Signitise outdoor campaigns, you grant Signitise a non-exclusive right to use and display your artwork solely in connection with the chosen campaign. This enables us to promote and advertise the campaign effectively on the digital screens where your artwork will be showcased. We respect and value your creativity and will always attribute your artwork to you.

4.2 Copyright Infringement: Signitise respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its members to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please promptly notify us, providing sufficient details to substantiate your claim. We will investigate the matter diligently and take appropriate action to address any valid copyright infringement concerns.

1. Limitation of Liability:

5.1 Indirect Damages: While we strive to provide a seamless and exceptional experience, Signitise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your membership or participation in our outdoor campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, revenues, or data.

5.2 Third-Party Content: Our website may contain links or references to third-party websites or platforms for informational purposes. These third-party websites are not under our control, and we do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such websites. 1. False Artwork Submission:

7.1 Artwork Authenticity: Signitise takes the authenticity and originality of artwork submissions seriously. We expect all members to submit artwork that is their original creation. As a member, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the artwork you submit, and you will not submit any false or plagiarized artwork that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. Signitise shall not be held accountable for any false artwork submissions or any legal consequences arising from such submissions.

1. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Signitise is based, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
